Yes we are halal certified.
How do I place my order?
You may place your order through the following methods;
Can I replace some of the items in the menu?
Yes. We allow change in items as long as they are within the same price range. Additional top-up is applicable for food item upgrade.
Can I amend my order?
Changes must be made 3 days before the event.
What is your earliest Lunch buffet ready time?
Our earliest Lunch buffet ready time is 10:30 am.
Are there any delivery charges?
Yes. A Transportation & Set-up Charge of $40 is applicable.
Is there a surcharge for Hi-Tea buffet ready time earlier than 9am?
Early Morning Surcharge (Buffet Ready Between 8:00 AM - 8:55 AM) - $30.00 / Buffet Line
Early Morning Surcharge (Buffet Ready Between 7:00 AM - 7:55 AM) - $60.00 / Buffet Line
Can I ask for additional chairs and tables?
Tables, chairs and other equipment are available for rental. Please contact our sales staff @ 6323 6445 for more details.
Do you provide service staffs or chefs?
Yes, Chefs and service staffs are available at a cost.
How do I make payment?
Cheque/ Bank Transfer/ Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex
Interest will be charged at 12% per annum for any overdue balances beyond the payment terms.
