Terms and Conditions

  • All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis
  • Special item such as Live Station, event equipment (Cocktail Table, Round Table, Porcelain ware etc.) will required at least 4 working days’ notice
  • Normal orders will required at least 3 working days’ notice.
  • Food best consumed within 3 hours (with warmers) / 2 hour (without warmers)
  • There will be a 10% buffer for food portion
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
  • Extra charges will be applicable for buffet set-up at venue without lift access
  • Payment can be made by cash or cheque upon delivery
  • Credit card payment must be made 2 days prior to event
  • All Catering orders that deliver to non-permanent address (Eg: Chalet, resort, club, pub etc) would be required to make pre-payment via credit card (visa/master card) before the delivery date
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company

  • Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 working days before event.
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
